Agreement has been reached in recent contract negotiations between the Board of Health for Grey Bruce Health Unit and the three bargaining units: ONA, OPSEU-Protech and OPSEU Support.
Under the agreement, contracts in place for two years with wage increases of 1 per cent in year one and 1.5 per cent increase in year two.
There is also some minor adjustment to contract language in the ONA agreement.
The recently ratified agreements affect about 130 staff at the Health Unit.
