Community Foundation Grey Bruce (CFGB) is seeking to hire an Administration & Communications Coordinator (ACC) to cover a one-year parental leave. This position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a competitive hourly wage.
CFGB is a registered Canadian charity that supports long-term community vitality in Grey Bruce through building endowments and offering grants to regional charities and non-profits. The ACC position offers an exciting supportive role on a dynamic team, part of a network of over 200 community foundations across Canada.
Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), the ACC provides administrative, communications, and event management support for the CFGB, including support to the ED and the Foundation team, Board of Directors, Ambassadors, and all working committees, as required. In addition to daily administrative duties and communication responsibilities, the ACC also coordinates events, projects, and programs throughout the year. The ACC creates website content and manages social media communications on all platforms with a focus on community storytelling in relation to the impact of community philanthropy.
