WES for Youth annual hockey tournament

WES for Youth Online is excited to host the “7th Annual High School Hockey Tournament” in
partnership with Sacred Heart High School, on November 20th and 21st from 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

It will be an unforgettable two days, where various high school hockey teams, will lace up their skates in support
of free online Wellness & Emotional Support for youth.

We are excited to welcome 24 boys and girls hockey teams from as far away as North Bay and
Kitchener, to those in the surrounding Grey and Bruce area. The games will take place across five
different arenas in Durham, Hanover, Mildmay, Teeswater and Walkerton.

The annual tournament, inspired by youth, aims to promote positive mental health through physical activity and team building on the ice.

This year, we will be hosting a public speaking event with special guest Clint Malarchuk, retired professional ice hockey goaltender with the Washington Capitals and Buffalo Sabres, who will share his story of overcoming the challenges he faced with mental health.

The goal is to raise $10,000 to provide more youth with greater help and resources to combat mental health.

Businesses and organizations are invited to help sponsor the event and be an ‘influencer’ of change:

• Stanley Cup Sponsor $1,500
• Gold Sponsor $1,000
• Silver Sponsor $750
• Bronze Sponsor $500
• Smile Sponsor $250
