“All Wheel Park” fundraising thermometer continues to rise

On Wednesday, October 30th, members of the Kincardine & District Lions Club attended at Lions Park where representatives of the Bruce Telecom Lighthouse BluesFest presented them with a $5,000.00 donation towards the Club’s “All Wheel Park” project.

Lions Phil Thompkins,Neil Geoghegan, George Ling Peter Morris, Larry Bannerman, John Mc Manus, Dan Hunter, John Kloosterboer, Larry the Lion, Ken Fair, Linda Norminton, Dennis Flavell, Helen Gitter-Flavell and Scott Stevens accept the cheque from Brad Kirkconnell and Rick Clarke of the Bluesfest

As the BluesFest has been one of the project’s major sponsors, their logo was added to the sign to show the Club’s appreciation. Fundraising has reached the $300,000 mark and continues to climb.
