Attend the virtual finale of NII Explore’s Spring Break Mission to Mars challenge

Members of the public and the media are invited to attend the virtual finale of NII Explore’s Spring Break Mission to Mars challenge, where the winning team will be awarded a $2,500 prize, donated by Bruce Power.

The all-star lineup of judges will determine which of the three finalist teams solves the most challenges related to space exploration and presents its solutions in the most thorough, creative, and thought-provoking way.

Asking the question “What will it take to establish the first human settlement on Mars?”, this unique new virtual Spring Break program sponsored by Bruce Power has eight teams of high school students from across Bruce and Grey counties competing this week.

When: Friday, April 16 from 2:00-3:00 pm

Where: On the Nuclear Innovation Institute’s Facebook channel: https://www.facebook.com/watch/OntarioNII/
