The office opening comes on the heels of an announcement with Bruce Power on a six-year agreement that secures a key role for Tetra Tech Canada in the delivery of outages and online work as well as supporting Bruce Power’s Life Extension Program.

“Tetra Tech is excited to expand its work force in Kincardine to support Bruce Power’s life-extension programs, and continue to provide job opportunities in the Province of Ontario,” said Marwan Zayouna, Director at Tetra Tech Canada. “We are committed to relocate key parts of our service offerings to the Tri-county area in support of Bruce Power as part of the engineering Master Service Agreement between the two organizations.”

As part of its commitment to Bruce, Grey and Huron counties through the agreement with Bruce Power, Tetra Tech Canada is committed to the localization of staff and services at its new Kincardine office.

“It’s very important to Bruce Power for our suppliers to invest in our local communities, so we’re very appreciative of Tetra Tech’s decision to open an office in Kincardine,” said Mike Rencheck, President and CEO of Bruce Power. “We appreciate what Tetra Tech is doing in joining almost 60 other suppliers to make the same commitment to Bruce, Grey and Huron counties, and welcome the company’s staff to our area.”

Added Anne Eadie, Mayor of Kincardine: “We are pleased to hear that Tetra Tech has executed a six-year Master Service Agreement with Bruce Power as a tier 1 supplier of engineering services. The Municipality welcomes Tetra Tech and congratulates them on their expansion and investment in the new office space in Kincardine.”
