Huron Shores Hike for Hospice hits a high note

Mother Nature cooperated on Saturday (May 7th) as hundreds took part in the Hike for Hospice and, this year, returned to an in-person hike in addition to the virtual fundraising.

The goal was $60,000 but, once again, the community stepped up and the total raised is currently at $78,488.96, with donations still coming in.

Almost 170 hikers registered to actively raising funds for Huron Shores Hospice through the Hike for Hospice event that began at the Davidson Centre in Kincardine. There were also lots of children and pets in tow, and virtual hikers who added to the total.
