This new signature event will take runners on a breathtaking journey from the historic Point Clark Lighthouse to the iconic Kincardine Lighthouse, following the scenic shoreline of Lake Huron.

“We’re proud to launch the Lighthouse to Lighthouse Half Marathon & 5K and grateful to everyone who chooses to support local care through this new tradition,” says Becky Fair, President. “We’re thrilled to bring a new event to the region that blends personal achievement with meaningful impact.”

All proceeds from the Half Marathon & 5K will support the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation, helping fund essential equipment and facility upgrades that directly benefit patients and families across the region. The inaugural race will directly support the current hospital expansion and MRI project.

“We thought there was no better place to announce our registration date than right here in the Emergency Department, where the strength and resilience of our health care workers and community are on display every day,” says Sarah Foster, Race Director.

Details for registration can be found at lighthousetolighthouse.ca along with route maps, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising tools. Early Bird pricing will be available from March 12 to May 31, giving participants the opportunity to secure the best rate for this inaugural event.
