New Treasurer and Manager of Financial Services joins Huron-Kinloss team

Today (Jan. 9/24), on behalf of Council, Township of Huron-Kinloss Mayor Don Murray announced that Christine Heinisch will join the Huron-Kinloss Staff in the role of Manager of Financial Services/Treasurer, effective January 29th, 2024.

“Christine brings over 15 years of experience in municipal finance and I’m thrilled to have her on board. Her experience, strong educational background, and unwavering professionalism make her an ideal fit for our organization,” said Mayor Murray.

Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Mary Rose Walden, welcomes Christine to the Huron-Kinloss Senior Leadership Team. “Her previous experience with our organization, combined with her expertise, assures me that she will seamlessly integrate into our team.”

“I am excited for the opportunity to return to the Township of Huron-Kinloss as the Manager of Financial Services/Treasurer,” says Heinisch. “As a lifelong resident of HuronKinloss, I look forward to serving the Council and ratepayers of my community and contributing to the future growth and sustainability of this beautiful area I am proud to call home.”
