What is the RYLA Seminar for Tomorrow’s Leaders?

RYLA Seminar for Tomorrow’s Leaders is a weekend seminar usually held at Western University in London, Ontario. This year, however, it will be virtual! Our seminar is devoted to enhancing and expanding your leadership skills and abilities to be the next generation of leaders in communities. You will be provided with a range of new experiences, tools, and perspectives through icebreakers, group discussions, amazing guest speakers, and other interactive activities that engage and nurture your inner leader!

This year’s event will be held on Friday, May 14 and Saturday, May 15, 2021, via Zoom. The agenda is still being finalized, but the seminar will run from approximately 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday. While this year’s virtual experience will certainly be different from our in-person conferences, we know it’ll be no less interesting, fun, and engaging!

Lifelong Friendships

Each year, students undoubtedly create lifelong friends. You will be introduced to other Rotary youth programs, including Interact, Rotaract, and Rotary Youth Exchange, and learn how you can stay involved with Rotary in your community after the seminar and expand your horizons both inside and outside the organization!
