The school council at Elgin Market Public School in Kincardine is pleased to announce a special guest speaker whose story is remarkable.
Tracy Schmitt is a motivational speaker who has been nominated twice for the Ontario Premier’s Award as a result of her humanitarian work. She is a decorated athlete for her participation in World Cup sailing, downhill para-skiing, deep sea diving, and mountain climbing. Her story has been featured internationally in Oprah, Elle, and Marie Claire magazines, and she is a four-way amputee.
Prepare to be motivated and learn how her story can help others build resilience and perseverance in their own lives, and the lives of their children.
