Fasting during Ramadan takes place daily from dawn to sunset and is a sign of loyalty to the Islamic faith and, during fasting, Muslims must abstain from eating and drinking, not even water.  It is a reminder to remain patient, to learn self-discipline and to build an understanding of those who are suffering around the world.

The next market is on April 2nd from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the United Church in Kincardine on Princes Street.
