

Voter Information Letters have been mailed to eligible electors for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Elections.
Watch your mail over the coming days and keep your Voter Information Letter in a safe place.
Your Voter Information Letter includes:
- Voting instructions
- A unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) required to access the voting system
- Information about voting assistance.
You will need your Voter Information Letter and PIN to vote.
Voting opens on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and closes on Monday, October 26, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. Electors may vote from anywhere online or by telephone at any time during the voting period.
Need Assistance?
The Voter Help Centre, located at 1475 Concession 5, Kincardine (Municipal
Administration Centre) can assist with:
- Updating voter information
- Accessing the voting system
- Using internet or telephone voting
- General election questions.
Computers will be available at the Centre for electors who wish to vote online.
Haven’t Received Your Voter Information Letter?
Eligible voters who have not received their Voter Information Letter by October 9th
should contact the Clerk’s Department as soon as possible.

If you are not on the voters’ list, you may be added by visiting the Municipal Office in
person. You will be required to complete an Application to Amend the Voters’ List (Form
EL15) and provide identification showing your name and qualifying address.
