Applicants submit written responses to questions about their chosen program of study and how it is helping with their future career goals. Those written submissions are reviewed by a team of Bruce Power employees once all identifying information is removed. Scores are appointed to the submissions with the top ten selected as recipients. Previous winners are eligible to re-apply.
