Just a reminder to all the bingo players, legion bingo will return on Thursday January 17 at 7pm in the hall.
Catch the Ace is still continuing with the Kinetic Knights as the group we are working with for this round. The tickets are available at the legion bar, Esso on Queen, Jean’s Restaurant, Sleeper’s bed gallery and Edward fuels. What a great way to start the New Year if you found the Ace of Spades.
Some events coming up in January that you might like to add to your own calendar are Jam session on the 4th and 18th.The fiddlers will be in the clubhouse on the 8th and 22nd. Our family dinner will be held on Sunday the 13th at 4:30. Laura will be back for trivia on January 25 in the hall. Of course meat draw will be every Saturday afternoon in the clubhouse.
Is someone in your family celebrating a special occasion this year? The legion has different size rooms available to rent depending on your needs. Call the legion office mornings from 9 to noon (519-396-2372) and Christine can help you book that perfect space for your event.
The legion clubroom hours are Monday to Friday noon to 10pm and Saturday’s noon to 6pm. There are dart boards, pool tables, and a shuffleboard table that you and a group of friends can come in and use. Hope to see you soon at the legion.
