Well, winter is certainly upon us now, but there’s still lots happening at the legion.
Saturday afternoons is the meat draw first draw is at 3pm, there are 8 different meat packages that you could win. The meat comes from The Beefway. Why not come out to the legion and possibly win one of the prizes.
Thursday nights we have Bingo in the hall, doors open at 6pm, with the games starting at 7pm. Think you might be too rushed to get home make super and get to bingo on time? Well we can help with that there are hot dogs and sandwiches for sale in the hall, or we have our snack menu available upstairs at the bar.
February Jam sessions in the clubhouse are on Friday the 1st and the 15th. If you play an instrument and like to play with others, then bring your instrument to the legion and join in. The fun all begins after 7pm come check it out.
Family dinner is being held on Sunday Feb 10 from 4:30 to 6pm in the hall. This is open to everyone in the community. There is meat, potatoes, veggies, salad, dessert tea and coffee served up buffet style. Why not take a break from cooking and come out to the legion and have the cooking done for you?
Legion hours are Monday to Friday noon to 10pm and Saturday noon to 6pm. Hope to see you at the legion.
