On Saturday, June 15th (2024), at Ainsdale Golf Club, the Kincardine & District Lions Club celebrated the Club’s 50th Anniversary.
A highlight of the night was the presentation by District Governor Bill Yellen and past- District Governor Lion Jim Prenger of a “Progressive Melvin Jones Fellowship”, one of Lions Club’s most prestigious honours, to Charter Lion Larry Bannerman for his 50 years of continuous service.
Guest speakers for the evening were Carol Rencheck of Huron Shores Hospice and Mike Rencheck of Bruce Power. An excellent night of great food and reminiscing.
