Bruce Power Visitors’ Centre offers March Break activities

The Bruce Power Visitors’ Centre has a full week of March Break activities planned for local families.

The program runs March 11-15, from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Activities include robotics demonstrations by the Kincardine District Secondary School Kinetic Knights Team, outdoor activities with the Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority (dress appropriately), wildlife education with birds, reptiles and turtles, crafts, fun with energy, and family movies.

“We are very excited to energize the curiosity of the area’s youth,” said Chris Mercanti, Manager of Community Relations. “Our program has a variety of activities for all interests, so we hope to see you at the Visitors’ Centre this March Break.”

All programs are free, though children must be accompanied by an adult (no drop-offs). There are no food services in the facility, so please bring a lunch or snacks.

The Bruce Power Visitors’ Centre is located at 3394 Bruce County Rd. 20, west of Hwy. 21 and north of Tiverton. There is no registration required. Learn more at www.brucepower.com/march-break.
