Thursday night bingos in December are going to have some exciting things happening. Dec 5th there will be $1000.00 give away, Dec 12 there will be boxes of chocolates given away and Dec 19 there will be turkey’s given away. So, get some friends together and come to the legion bingo, doors open at 6pm games start at 7pm in the hall. There is chili, sandwiches and bar food available if you want to eat supper at the legion before you start playing bingo.
December’s Family dinner will be held on Sunday Dec 8 from 4:30 to 6pm. Turkey with all the fixings will be served along with Christmas pudding. The price for this dinner is $2 more per person to cover the increased costs related to the Christmas dinner.
Have you bought a Catch the Ace ticket yet for this round that supports the Hospital Foundation? They are the charity we are teamed up with this time. Tickets are $5 each and you need a new ticket for each draw. The ticket outlets are the legion bar, Jean’s Restaurant, The Beefway, In Style Hair, Sleeper’s Bed Gallery and Edward Fuels. The tickets are on sale starting Thursday afternoon until just before draw time on Wednesday unless the tickets are sold out before that.

Legion hours are Monday to Friday noon to 10 pm, Saturday’s noon to 6 pm, grab some friends and come check out your local legion. Everyone is welcome.
