Welcome to 2020 I’d like to wish everyone a very Happy New Year.
There was a great crowd at the legion to ring in the New Year at the dance with Rob and the Rydell’s performing, glad that the weather co-operated, and that people were able to make it out.
It was standing room only for the New Year’s Day Levee and dedication of the veteran’s lounge room at the legion. So glad so many people made it out to celebrate.
The jam session coming up in January is on the 17th, it all gets started at 7pm at the legion. If you enjoy playing an instrument or listening to the talented musicians in the area, come check it out.
The fiddler’s will be in the clubhouse on January 7th and 21st, at 7pm.
Cate will be putting on another great meal for the family dinner on Sunday January 12th, from 4:30 to 6pm in the hall.
Meat draws will be taking place ever Saturday afternoon in the clubhouse. The first of 8 draws for meat takes place at 3pm. Get a group together come out and try your luck at winning some meat that we get from The Beefway.
Legion hours are Monday to Friday noon to 10pm, and Saturday’s noon to 6pm. See you at the legion.
