Do you enjoy Celtic music? Then you will want to get some tickets for Finlaggan who will be performing at the legion on Saturday March 21 from 8pm to 1. Tickets can be purchased at the legion bar for $25. This will be a Transatlantic Odyssey of Celtic Music. Doors open at 7pm music begins at 8pm. Don’t delay get your tickets before their gone.
Fiddler’s will be performing in the clubroom on March 3rd, 17th, and 31st. If you have never come out to hear this group of talented musicians you should, it’s a great night of music.
Catch the Ace tickets are available at the legion bar, Jean’s Restaurant, The Beefway, In Style Hair Salon, Sleeper’s Bed Gallery, Edward Fuels, and the Hospital Foundation office. The more tickets we sell the higher the weekly and progressive jackpots will be. The higher the jackpots the more money for the hospital foundation. Make sure you get out and get your tickets let’s help the foundation who in turn helps all of us.
The March family dinner will be held in the hall on Sunday March 8th from 4:30 to 6pm. Why not take a night off from cooking and come to the legion for a great meal?
Looking for something to do in the afternoons? Do you enjoy playing pool? The pool players at the legion are inviting anyone who enjoys a good game of pool to join them on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from noon to 2pm. The pool tables are located up 1 flight of stairs.
The legion is open Monday to Friday noon to 10pm and Saturday noon to 6pm. You do not need to be a legion member to come and enjoy the events that take place at the legion.
