The Power Workers’ Union (PWU) once again has given to local health care when the members donated $30,000 to the local Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation on August 1, 2018.

“The decision on where best to spend the funds is up to the Hospital Foundation,” said Lynda Crombeen of PWU.  “Health care and our local hospital is something that is important to everyone and we know how expensive equipment is.”

Foundation Chair, Jim Barbour, thanked the group for their donation. “It’s wonderful to have the support of this organization that is continually giving back to the community.”
