Search warrant results in several charges

On January 13, 2020, members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the OPP Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU) executed a Search Warrant at a property along McGill Street in Ripley.

Police recovered a stolen vehicle at the scene, valued at $6,000.

A 27-year-old male of Kincardine was charged with:

  • Possess Property Obtained by Crime
  • Fail to comply with recognizance
  • 4 counts of Breach Probation

He is scheduled to appear in court on February 5, 2020 to answer to the charges.

A 57-year-old female of Huron-Kinloss Township was charged with:

  • Possess Property Obtained by Crime
  • Fail to comply with recognizance

She is scheduled to appear in court on February 5, 2020 to answer to the charges.
