Kincardine Council returning to In-Person / Hybrid Meetings

Following the completion of the necessary upgrades to Council Chambers and meeting technology, Municipal Council and staff will use a hybrid (both in-person and virtual) meeting format beginning March 22, 2022.

As approved by the Hybrid Meeting Protocols and the Municipality’s Procedure By-law, attending in-person remains at the discretion of each person; Council or staff may continue attend virtually as they have done since May of 2020.

Beginning on March 22, Council meetings will be open to the public; however, seating and capacity limits may be reduced to maintain the safety of Council, Committees, staff and the public. Members of the public are encouraged to continue to participate in meetings electronically when possible.

Meetings will continue to be streamed live at www.kincardine.ca and on the Rogers Kincardine Website. They can also be seen live and in repeat on the Rogers Kincardine Community Channel.

Registered delegations will also be encouraged to participate electronically or may be permitted to speak in person. To request a delegation, visit www.kincardine.ca/delegate.
