OPG brings early Christmas presents to several organizations

Lynda Cain, Senior Communications Advisor for Ontario Power Generation (OPG), brought early Christmas presents to several organizations in Kincardine on December 6th.

 

The Davidson Centre hosted what has become an annual event for OPG to lend a helping hand to not-for-profit groups.

“This is one of the best parts of my job,” said Cain.

The groups that received the early gifts were:

 

  • Pine River Watershed Initiative – Julie Thompson
  • Robbie Burns Fundraising Dinner (for Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band) – Terry Reid
  • Penetangore Watershed Group – Chrystel Murphy
  • Women’s House Serving Bruce Grey – Michelle Lamont
  • Kincardine Curling Club – Jean Sylvester
  • Kincardine District Food Bank – Nancy Dawson/Pat Stewart
  • Kincardine Minor Hockey Association – Tom Desmond
