OPP charge second person in on-going theft investigation

On December 1, 2020 at 2:31 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a theft from a residence along Concession 10 west in Arran Township.

As a result of the continuing police investigation, a second person is facing criminal charges.

A 43-year-old male, of Saugeen First Nation has been charged with:

  • 2 counts of Break and Enter
  • Theft of a Motor Vehicle
  • Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
  • Drive while under Suspension

The accused is scheduled to appear in court on February 10, 2021 to answer to the charges.

Officers are continuing to search for two long guns that were taken when the ATVs were stolen.
