I hope everyone is doing well. This has been a busy summer even with all the covid safety protocols. Out numbers have been good close to home, let’s keep it that way.
Have you been wondering what is moving into the old Tiverton fudge shop. It’s a coffee shop and they hope to be open this summer. We’ll have to wait to see just what they have but you can always use another coffee shop in town.
Tiverton Blooms – Tiverton Gardens are looking wonderful. Thank you to all the Tiverton Bloomers that have volunteered their time and a special thanks to Scott the horticulturist and his team for their work. Check out the new garden at the Inverhuron sign. The bed had gotten to large it had to be reduced and it looks great.

Just because the fair has been cancelled this year doesn’t mean there is nothing going on. Thanks to the dedicated volunteers in the Ag society, we have some interesting events. Stay tuned.
Monthly Photo Challenge – Don’t forget about our monthly Photo Challenge! The theme for the month of July is “Canada Proud” and the theme for August will be “Summer Sunsets”. Condolences
We have lost a longtime Inverhuron/Tiverton resident. Joyce Van Dam who had been residing at Tiverton Park Manor, passed away last week at the incredible age of 102! This woman had an amazing story of her life in Holland and her trip to get to Canada with her husband Bill. Can you believe she still liked to play dice games and was good at them. Up until a year ago, she would still work on her computer sending emails to all her family and friends. She was a great inspiration and will be missed by so many. Condolences to the sons, Harry, Bill and Martin.
